Requirements

Ability to develop, implement, execute and monitor policies and procedures required by relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Strong MS Office/computer skills.
Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills and ability to learn new skills quickly.
Ability to learn and adopt new requirements.
Ability to learn and adjust to new technology. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Minimum 3 years of managing or leading, implementing or managing CSR program. Minimum 5 years of work
experience in related field. Knowledge of CSR related
requirements and standards, such as ISO 26000, UN Global Compact, ISO 14001. Minimum 1 year of establishing and writing SOPs. DESIRED SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE: Professional certification related to CSR.
Experience in Compliance role in regulated industries (such as Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, CRO, Medical Device, Investigative Site, etc.).
