Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase international student enrollment, recruiting from a wide array of regions to join ApplyBoard’s network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, negotiating terms, providing comprehensive training, and maintaining active engagement through consistent communication.
Guide and train agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications, ensuring adherence to ApplyBoard’s standards.
Develop and implement data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies informed by market research to optimize ApplyBoard’s international outreach.
Expand ApplyBoard’s international presence, ensuring that more students worldwide gain access to quality education.

ApplyBoard simplifies the study abroad application process by connecting international students, international student advisors, and educational institutions on one personalized platform.
Cultivate a deep understanding of ApplyBoard’s value and offerings, ensuring effective promotion to a diverse audience of students and educational partners.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Education) is preferred.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders, from students to educational agents, with clear and persuasive communication.
Proficient in CRM systems;
experience with social media and other digital engagement tools is an advantage.
