Responsibilities

- Optimize developer experience, tooling, and workflows Continuously improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools, team AI proficiency to maximize efficiency, and reduce friction.
experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role you are required to have people management experience. - Strong Hands-on mindset working daily with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing developer workflows - Technical Background in backend engineering (Kotlin and mobile engineering is a plus) -
Experience with agile methodologies, project management, and delivery processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners - Ability to drive technical strategy and align it with business and product goals - A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -
Experience in working with cross-functional departments, including Product, Data, CS, and GTM -
