Responsibilities

TPMs own and drive complex programs across various organizations, acting as the key drivers that empower engineers and product teams to innovate and execute with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership in the ongoing definition of the functional ladder and performance evaluation process and criteria within the TPM organization.
- Drive process improvements across multiple teams and functions, so as to not solve a particular problem locally; rather solve it for scale.

experience in technology field as an engineer, product manager, or a TPM - 5+ years of
experience in a people management role managing other TPMs. - Technical depth to drive technical conversations with engineering and product management. - A thorough understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to track and successfully complete complex programs. - Degree in Computer Science, other engineering discipline, or Information Systems.

YOU WILL: - Build technical and product depth to understand Security architecture choices, evaluate tradeoffs, and anticipate downstream implications and risks.
- Bridge engineering execution with customer outcomes and product strategy, ensuring Security programs are aligned with both technical priorities and business impact.
- Engage deeply in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical tradeoff conversations, helping teams pressure-test assumptions and make well-informed decisions.
- Raise the bar in program reviews by asking high-quality technical and product questions, identifying gaps, and driving teams toward crisp decisions and accountable follow-through.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear narratives for cross-functional and executive audiences.
