Responsibilities
- requirements and lead key milestone reviews to ensure all stakeholder deliverables are complete.
- Drive closure of all operational issues during pre-production builds.
- Investigate failures in production, test, and integration. Identify and mitigate underlying root causes to prevent reoccurrence and foster continuous improvement.
- Deliver manufacturing processes capabilities including equipment capability, quality controls, materials characterization, and workmanship standards.
- Actively monitor the success of products and processes through the production ramp.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 5+ years of
- experience in PCB/PCBA fabrication facility
- Experience in board assembly process and equipment (for example: Stencil print, SPI, pick & place, reflow, AOI, ICT, x-ray inspection). •
- Experience leading DFX reviews to deliver design to manufacturability, testability, quality, and reliability standards
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 7+ years of
- experience in PCBA/PCB supply chain, manufacturing or engineering. 5+ years’
- experience with industry standard PLM and DFX systems, Mentor/Valor preferred. •
- Experience with IPC standards for PCB, PCBA, and RFPC fabrication, assembly, and test. •
- Experience in Polymeric application, including conformal coating, staking and underfill.

- Base Salary $120,000 — $175,000 USD U.S.

- As a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, you will work across design engineering, supply-chain, quality, and our manufacturing partners to drive PCBA manufacturing with on time delivery. Role
- Work with the Design Engineering team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges early in product development by enforcing DFM, DFA and DFS principles.
- Provide direction to contract manufacturing, suppliers, and engineers to manage quarantine and rework activities. Requirements
