Responsibilities

requirements and lead key milestone reviews to ensure all stakeholder deliverables are complete.
Drive closure of all operational issues during pre-production builds.
Investigate failures in production, test, and integration. Identify and mitigate underlying root causes to prevent reoccurrence and foster continuous improvement.
Deliver manufacturing processes capabilities including equipment capability, quality controls, materials characterization, and workmanship standards.
Actively monitor the success of products and processes through the production ramp.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 5+ years of
experience in PCB/PCBA fabrication facility
Experience in board assembly process and equipment (for example: Stencil print, SPI, pick & place, reflow, AOI, ICT, x-ray inspection). •
Experience leading DFX reviews to deliver design to manufacturability, testability, quality, and reliability standards
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 7+ years of
experience in PCBA/PCB supply chain, manufacturing or engineering. 5+ years’
experience with industry standard PLM and DFX systems, Mentor/Valor preferred. •
Experience with IPC standards for PCB, PCBA, and RFPC fabrication, assembly, and test. •
Experience in Polymeric application, including conformal coating, staking and underfill.

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
Base Salary $120,000 — $175,000 USD U.S.

As a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, you will work across design engineering, supply-chain, quality, and our manufacturing partners to drive PCBA manufacturing with on time delivery. Role
Work with the Design Engineering team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges early in product development by enforcing DFM, DFA and DFS principles.
Provide direction to contract manufacturing, suppliers, and engineers to manage quarantine and rework activities. Requirements
