Responsibilities
- Own the growth marketing strategy for the UK market, across multiple brands and partner segments. •
- Design and implement multi-brand marketing plans for new product launches, brand activations, and service enhancements aimed at doctors, clinics, hospitals, and NHS stakeholders. •
- Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive lead generation, partner engagement, and activation . •
- Collaborate with sales and business development to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals and growth targets. •
- Lead and coordinate the Performance Marketing and Social Media team for the UK market, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, campaign priorities, and growth strategy. •
- Coordinate with design teams and agencies to deliver high-quality assets (landing pages, decks, microsites, email content, events). •
- Track and analyse campaign performance to improve results through testing and iteration. •
- Conduct market and competitor research to adapt messaging and strategies to the evolving UK healthcare and eHealth landscape . •
- Deliver impactful presentations and pitches for business development, events, and internal stakeholders. 📌 Requirements • Proven
Requirements
- Your main goal: generate sustainable growth across our digital health platforms through performance-driven campaigns and go-to-market execution in collaboration with sales, product, and business development teams.
- experience of at least 4 years in Trade Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, or similar strategic marketing roles, preferably within digital services, SaaS, or fast-paced international environments. • Proven
- experience managing and analysing campaign performance, with a strong focus on optimisation, testing, and continuous improvement. • Previous
- experience in eHealth environments or digital healthcare-related projects will be highly valued. •
- Experience developing multi-brand strategies and working across different product lines, audiences, or international markets. •
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, ideally including Performance Marketing and Social Media profiles. •
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, product lifecycles, lead generation strategies, and B2B customer journeys. •
