Responsibilities
- Drive Visibility & Distribution
- Own your region identify key venues, decision-makers, and opportunities to expand Au Vodka’s presence
- Ensure strong product visibility, menu listings, and rate of sale across accounts
- Execute activations, POS placements, and creative in-venue strategies
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with venue owners, managers, and buyers
- Negotiate effectively to secure placements and maximise commercial return
- Track performance, report insights, and continuously look for ways to improve results
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution
- Deliver brand education, product knowledge, and category insights to accounts
- Identify trends, opportunities, and cultural shifts within your region
Requirements
- experience in hospitality, nightlife, or a commercial field role
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own territory
- Flexible approach to working hours (evenings and weekends required)
