Requirements
- Voice AI that resolves, not transfers.
- What You’ll Do - Conduct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for all GTM roles (AE, Sales Leadership, SDR/BDR, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships).
- - Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and SaaS markets.
- - Work with Lead GTM Recruiter for offer strategy and close top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- - Enhance employer branding within the AI and startup ecosystem.
- What We’re Looking For - Ideally 2-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep focus on GTM hiring. -
- Experience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series A–C strongly preferred). - Proven track record hiring quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders. - Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive talent. - Comfort partnering directly with executives and influencing hiring decisions. - Data-driven mindset with strong operational rigor. - High ownership mentality and you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Passion for AI and emerging technology markets. Nice to Have -
- Experience recruiting in AI, ML, or technical SaaS environments. - Prior in-house startup
- experience scaling from 50 → 150+ employees. - Familiarity with modern recruiting tech stacks (ATS, sourcing tools, analytics platforms).
