Responsibilities
- BUILD A SAFER WORLD.
- Build AI agents into the product and into your own workflow as a matter of course, not as an experiment.
- Lead demos, run scoping calls, surface product feedback from the field, and translate it into roadmap unlocks that make each deal closeable.
Requirements
- TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime.
- PMs at TRM hold a lever no one else does — the ability to change what the product does.
- CS can support what was built.
- Your customers are threat intel teams, SOC analysts, and national security agencies who need to trace cyber actors, map threat infrastructure, and connect disparate signals to the adversaries behind them.
- AI systems dialed in: You already build agents and live in an AI-native workflow. You can demo it.
- experience at a B2B SaaS company - Has led at least two complete product cycles from spec to launch in complex enterprise domains: security, fintech, intelligence, defense, or equivalent — owning the outcome end-to-end - experience for all candidates.
