Requirements
- Experience A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field 7+ years of
- experience in technology roles, with progressive responsibility in engineering leadership and people management Strong understanding of multi‑tenant, cloud‑based, high‑transaction‑volume systems, ideally within financial services or banking
- Experience with full‑stack software development in an enterprise environment (e.g., Java, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React or similar frameworks) Hands‑on
- experience with Agile and Agile‑at‑scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Lean), including CI/CD and test automation practices Technical expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), cloud technologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira) Proven ability to think strategically and articulate a clear technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Product Management Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with
- experience leading engineers across multiple teams Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective problem identification, solution design, and decision‑making
