- experience developing and operating SaaS platforms Have designed and operated multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale Deep expertise in distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP) Strong
- experience with two or more of: Rust, Go, Python Grounded in engineering principles — clean design, domain-driven design, separation of concerns, KISS, YAGNI — and apply them pragmatically Demonstrated track record of elevating engineering teams — whether through mentoring individuals, improving team practices, or raising the quality bar across multiple teams Contribute strategic technical recommendations with 1-3 year impact horizons Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, exposure management, CAASM, or adjacent security domains
- Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures at scale Track record of introducing new software patterns or technologies that improved platform quality
