Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date expertise with relevant processes to provide an effective quality assessment.
- Maintain a full audit workload and deliver high quality assessments.
- Deliver concise, clear and professionally appropriate written documents.
- Mentor new and existing staff in the QA I role.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with appropriate members of the operating areas.
Requirements
- experience or similar skill sets Demonstrated high level of technical expertise in operational processes.
- Demonstrated leadership proficiency and adherence to principles of simplicity, expertise and empathy.
- Knowledge of multiple business management systems.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and demonstrate the value of QA to operational effectiveness.
- College degree preferred.
Experience
