What You Will Be Doing: Position Summary The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
This role provides hands‑on leadership to electricians and technicians while supporting production, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives in a heavy industrial environment. Key
Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Lead all electrical work in strict compliance with Heidelberg Materials safety policies , MSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and applicable local/state codes Promote a strong safety culture through job safety analyses (JSAs), lockout/tagout enforcement, and daily safety talks Ensure safe commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems Maintenance & Reliability Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of: Medium and low voltage systems
experience preferred Minimum 5–7 years of industrial electrical maintenance
