- What You Will Be Doing: Position Summary The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

- Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Lead all electrical work in strict compliance with Heidelberg Materials safety policies , MSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and applicable local/state codes Promote a strong safety culture through job safety analyses (JSAs), lockout/tagout enforcement, and daily safety talks Ensure safe commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems Maintenance & Reliability Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of: Medium and low voltage systems
