Requirements
- Qualifications For Position Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related field 10+ years of complex, enterprise-wide forecasting as well as integrated capacity and/or supply chain expansion planning management
- experience with At least 5-7 years of leadership
- experience across analytics, planning, I.T and business functions
- Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning
- Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work to other members of a team.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management best practices including knowledge of waterfall, agile and SDLC methodologies and tools Must have excellent leadership skills (proven ability to coach, develop and lead a team) and must be able to work with a diverse project team consisting of resources from all parts of the organization (both planning & Business) Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders with clarity and precision
- Experience implementing continuous improvement & change management approaches to support programs Experienced quantifying impacts of risks and issues to scope, schedule, budget and prioritizing and driving resolution
- Experience in utility planning in areas such as Generation, Load, Transmission & Gas
