Requirements

This person will be responsible for exceeding patient starts targets within a required LTV ROI, by applying AI-first, data driven optimizations to maximize headroom of the program.
You have clear command of your inputs and understand how to clearly & succinctly diagnose problems, triage, and communicate required actions or outcomes with key stakeholders including Analytics and Finance.
experience directly executing and managing paid search programs - Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platform mastery; expert understanding of sound account and campaign architecture, optimization levers, and smart bidding -
Experience directly managing large budgets, i.e. $1M+ per month -
Experience working with cross-functional partners including Finance and Analytics to improve channel outcomes -
Experience working with Google Smart Bidding, specifically tROAS Preferred
