Responsibilities
- - Develop backend APIs, business logic, integrations, and data workflows.
- - Create frontend experiences, dashboards, and user-facing workflows for business users.
- - Implement AI-powered features, including document processing, scoring workflows, and LLM integrations.
- - Support the migration of existing no-code processes into scalable application services.
- - Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and product stakeholders to deliver features and improvements.
Requirements
- You'll contribute across backend services, frontend experiences, AI-powered workflows, and core platform functionality while working closely with the Tech Lead and product leadership to deliver meaningful product outcomes.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain full-stack features using Python, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- EXPERIENCE MUST HAVES - 6+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong
- experience building backend applications with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks). - Strong
- experience building frontend applications with React and Next.js. - Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern web application development. -
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. - Hands-on
- experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. -
- Experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend domains. - Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and product stakeholders. - Advanced English required. - Familiarity with AI tools. NICE-TO-HAVES -
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered workflows into applications. -
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and modern cloud infrastructure.
