Sales Analyst - Data Management

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of commission-related data for analysis and reporting.
Support implementation of data security measures in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA).
Prepare and maintain data documentation including Data Dictionaries, Source‑to‑Target mappings, and Data Lineage .
Support data modeling, integration, and transformation (ETL/ELT) processes.
Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
Support investigation and resolution of data‑related issues in collaboration with GTS teams.

Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of
experience in sales analytics, data management, sales operations, or a related role.
Proficiency in data warehousing technologies (e.g.
SQL Server, Oracle, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
Proficiency in BI and reporting tools (e.g.
Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
Experience or exposure to Python, ML, or AI . Certification in data management, analytics, or data warehousing technologies.
