Responsibilities
- Review electronic health records (EHRs) to identify patients who may qualify for active clinical research studies.
- Build and maintain databases of potential study participants across multiple research programs.
- Document patient pre-screening activities and findings in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with research sites and clinical teams to support participant recruitment initiatives. Research Operations Support
- Support research sites within the Iterative Health network through data collection, documentation, and operational coordination activities.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into clinical research databases and internal systems.
- Maintain study-related records and tracking tools to support operational efficiency and reporting needs.
- Handle protected health information (PHI) and research data in a confidential, compliant, and secure manner.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all documentation and data-related activities.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology platforms, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information. Preferred
- experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, patient recruitment, or data management.
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols and eligibility criteria. •
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and clinical research regulations. •
- Experience working within a healthcare technology, biotech, or startup environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CTMS platforms, or similar research technology systems. How We Work
