Requirements
- experience across Australia and New Zealand and play a meaningful role in shaping how our customers interact with our brands. What you'll bring
- Experience in an e-commerce, digital trading, online merchandising or similar role. Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
- Experience using data and customer insights to inform recommendations and decision making.
- Experience managing websites, digital campaigns or online customer journeys.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4). Exposure to CRO and experimentation programs.
- Experience using customer behaviour and insights tools such as Datadog, Crazy Egg, Hotjar or similar platforms.
- Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge.
- Experience within healthcare, beauty, retail, consumer products or another regulated industry.
- Gain exposure to e-commerce strategy, analytics, CRO, UX and optimisation.
