Requirements

Qualifications: Must be customer driven, have strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills, knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of office procedures and equipment, proficiency in computer data entry/keyboarding, ability to use electronic medical records and good organizational, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

As part of the health care team, performs basic clerical and technical clinical services relating to the care, cleanliness, safety and comfort for patients of all ages.
The incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those stated in this description. Compensation Range: $15.00 - $21.07 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
The compensation range does not include

Emphasizes and promotes a professional atmosphere on unit along with excellence in patient care.
Performs additional functions related to operations to meet specific needs of the department.
Serves as a resource person for patient, utilizing effective communication, courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Provides quality service through a team oriented, collaborative approach to patient care. The Clinical Patient Liaison Supports unit scheduling, supply management, and equipment processing.
Maintains cleanliness and regulatory compliance in patient and staff areas.
Welcomes and assists patients and visitors, supports registration.
Responds to patient/family concerns and crisis situations with empathy and professionalism.
Advocates for patient rights and assist with educational initiatives.
Answer phones and provide general administrative support.
