Absence Management Specialist (Temporary)

Requirements

  • experience in HR/leave administration and integrated disability management duties in a multi-state environment;
  • experience with NJ, NY, CA, WA highly desirable Excellent organizational, analytical and follow-up skills including attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint); familiarity with other data management systems such as Workday Bachelors Degree, preferred area of study Human Resources

  • The Opportunity: Absence Management Specialist (Temporary) Temporary Position **This position pays between $29.70 - $36.50 depending on experience*
  • The Specialist will work closely with associates and leaders to provide subject matter expertise in the complex area of absence management, including Leaves of Absence, Disability, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Essential Job Functions: Administers all aspects of Ensemble’s Leave and Disability program with solid knowledge of Federal and State laws/regulations related to absence management, including FMLA, ADA, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits, PTO, Workers’ Compensation and State PFML/TDB.
