- This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations. What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
- Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
- Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
