Requirements

experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or technology company - A track record of driving measurable growth outcomes across a large customer base - Comfort with data: You can pull a report, spot a trend, and translate it into action -
Experience building or contributing to community programs, event coordination, or customer education initiatives - A natural communicator who can hold a room in a seminar, build trust in a 1:1, and write a newsletter people actually read - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously - Comfortable shifting between program-level thinking and direct clinic conversations when the situation calls for it.
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences is a strong plus but not required Nice to Haves - Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools -
Experience with customer health scoring or churn prediction frameworks - Prior
experience in a high-growth startup environment

For Colorado, the salary range is: $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
