Requirements

M-W in office/Th-F flexible - M-F in office during first 90 days - Reports to: SDR Director WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Make outbound calls with specific targets for number of daily calls and demos set per month. - Build interest in the Weave platform and qualify prospects for demos. - Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets. - Keep accurate records of leads and progress in Salesforce. - Collaborate with teammates to share tactics and celebrate success.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Drive to start a career in SaaS sales. - Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented attitude. - Familiarity with CRM tools preferred, but not required.
