- Conduct weekly coaching-focused 1:1s with all direct reports.
- Facilitate hands-on Manager Labs to scale resilience and upward communication.
- Track coaching effectiveness and team engagement metrics.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as a transformation owner.
- Build a high-performance leadership culture through visible reinforcement of expectations.
