Responsibilities

Manage clients' IP portfolios, including the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models.
Train internal employees from various Dennemeyer locations in the formal processing of IP rights.
Conduct essential correspondence with national and international patent offices, colleagues, and clients.

This position is integral to maintaining Dennemeyer reputation for excellence in IP management on a global scale.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Educational background in the IP area (e.g., apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant) or equivalent experience.
Solid relevant professional experience in IP management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team. Hands-on mentality
High sense of responsibility
Excellent fluency in English written and spoken
Knowledgeable with MS Office tools
