Requirements
- Technical Proficiency You know how to select and use research tools to manage studies, analyze data, and communicate results.
- Experience : Required: 3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries Comfortable conducting research in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Portfolio that shows past research work and deliverables
- Experience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and Miro or Whiteboard Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable using AI tools as part of the research workflow Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field Willingness and ability to travel internationally Preferred:
- Experience working in healthcare or medical devices

- We are looking for our future UX Researcher to join our P roduct team s in Dublin and our Global Customer
- Experience (CX) team! The role is offered as hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week onsite, in our Sandyford office. As a UX Researcher on the
- Experience Insights (EXI) team (which is part of the larger Customer
- Experience team ) , you will work closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to create and refine digital experiences that improve the lives of our users.
- Using mixed-methods research, you’ll support teams by bringing clarity to ambiguity with user insights throughout the product development process, from early-stage discovery to launch and evaluation.
- The role is essential in delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences that are grounded in user needs.
