Responsibilities

Manage and deliver technical training to our customers, prospects, partners, and internal Qualys employees, in-person or via virtual mediums.
Collaborate with team members to design, develop, maintain and deliver exceptional technical training materials in multiple modalities, including eLearning, videos, simulations, labs, and instructor-led classroom training.
Develop your skills to become a subject matter expert on the flagship products you create and deliver training for, and address various knowledge needs for the technical support organization, with the primary responsibility of training customers and employees.
Manage functions in the Learning Management System relevant to your job duties. Skills and

Experience Essential BSc/MSc degree or equivalent
experience in computer science or related engineering fields. Minimum 1+ years of
experience in delivering technical training, both in-person and remotely.
experience in designing and developing materials and writing assessments for technical training.
Must have good written and oral communication skills in English.
Must have basic Cybersecurity knowledge.
Ability to execute several parallel tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Ability to adapt to recent technologies and learn quickly.
Desirable Knowledge and experience using Qualys products.
Experience in certification delivery as part of an education program.
Understanding of compliance standards and frameworks such as PCI, CIS, NIST, etc. Comprehension of any one of the Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
CompTIA Security +, Cloud Platform Certifications are a strong plus.

Minimum 2+ years of working in an IT security product such as Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Firewall, UTMs, Compliance solutions, Networking, etc. Must have previous
