Responsibilities
- - Build a high-output content engine that includes viral video formats, mini-docs, interviews, event recaps, BTS, and memes.
- - Lead social coverage for key marketing moments: launches, campaigns, and internal events, ensuring strong narrative and consistency.
- - Collaborate cross-functionally with Community, Customer Success, Product, New Verticals and with external partners to align messaging, timelines, and execution.
- - Build creator and influencer partnerships that grow reach and strengthen brand credibility.
- - Track trends, engagement, and performance metrics to continuously improve creative output and growth.
Requirements
- What You’ll Achieve - Own ideation, production, and publishing of high-quality content across our core social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- experience leading or running social for a consumer brand, community-led product, or culture-first company.
- - Social-first storyteller with a strong eye for visual aesthetic, hands-on production/editing skills, and comfortable on camera - Proven track record of growing community and engagement organically with a high attention to detail - Deep understanding of creators, culture, and the niche communities that are creating the mass culture of tomorrow - Strong creative instincts paired with operational excellence.
- You can manage multiple projects and hit deadlines - Experienced in creator partnerships, UGC campaigns, and collaborative content series - Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
