requirements at all levels affecting the assigned facilities including Federal, Provincial, and local Monitor and proactively report facility Safety and Health performance Ensure compliance

requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of company guidelines, completion of required training, and monitoring compliance Proactively manage safety and health of employees to continuously improve the company’s safety and health performance Conduct and review safety audits; identify and resolve high-risk hazards; investigate incidents to determine root causes; and develop strategic recommendations to prevent recurrence Serve as a subject matter expert;
experience Holds or is pursuing a CRSP designation Strong WorkSafeBC background in heavy manufacturing, building materials or construction
Experience and competence in developing and implementing safety programs Strong management, interpersonal, and influencing skills at all levels from senior operations to plant level employees Strong claims management
