Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications Develop systems integrations and process automation.

- We’re looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to be part of making this/that happen Position Overview and Objective The ServiceNow Analyst supports the delivery of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and provides administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.
- Working under the guidance of senior team members, the analyst uses good practice web programming techniques to configure reliable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Qualifications BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of demonstrated
- experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or configuration.
- Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
