Requirements
- *Preferred Candidate Identified As a Supply Chain Associate (Forklift Certified) , you will support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and instrument repair logistics to ensure the accurate movement of products, materials, and equipment for domestic and international customers.
- You will follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred, Forklift Certification (via IDEXX) required. Prior
- experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics, or a related field
- Experience supporting inventory management activities, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory tracking
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Knowledge of international shipping, export documentation, customs regulations, and international traffic requirements preferred Previous
- Current forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require
- Ability to perform duties safely in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment What you can expect from us:

- In this role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate shipments, support repair programs, and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- You will play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence by ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time, inventory is properly managed, and warehouse operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

- By ensuring accurate inventory control, timely shipping and receiving, and effective logistics coordination, you will help improve product availability, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and overall warehouse efficiency. In this role:
- You will pick, pack, load, and ship products to domestic and international customers and distribution centers.
- You will prepare shipping documentation, verify shipment accuracy, and resolve shipping or logistics issues as needed.
- You will assist with international shipping activities, including reviewing, reconciling, and approving international vendor invoices.
- You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- You will investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- You will support inventory management processes, including cycle counts, reconciliation, tracking, reporting, and data entry activities.
