Responsibilities
- Define and own the measurement strategy for the Agency Revenue Suite, including instrumentation, reporting, customer health frameworks, and key SaaS metrics across activation, adoption, retention, expansion, churn, and agency revenue performance.
- Drive measurable improvements in onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion by identifying opportunities through customer behavior, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, feedback loops, and growth mechanisms that continuously improve customer outcomes and business performance.
- Own the Voice of the Customer through customer interviews, behavioral analytics, retention analysis, and segmentation research, translating insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success to drive coordinated execution and measurable business impact.
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices, growth methodologies, and experimentation culture across the organization.
- Scale Influence how thousands of agencies build and grow recurring revenue businesses on HighLevel.
- Define the growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, and success models that power the next phase of platform growth.

- Experience with reseller platforms, white-label SaaS products, partner ecosystems, or agency-focused software.
- Experience serving agencies, SMBs, or platform businesses. Familiarity with recurring revenue models, subscription businesses, and SaaS monetization strategies.
- Experience building customer journey analytics, growth dashboards, and experimentation platforms.
- Experience operating in high-scale SaaS environments.
