Requirements
- requirements Conduct material failure and/or structural analysis; define standards for facilities and pipeline performance; and develop/revise policies and procedures Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of formal education and the following job related experience preferred: Work Experience
- Experience in use and function of applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word, etc.
- experience with material failure and structural analysis and extensive knowledge of industry standards and governmental regulations
- Experience and thorough knowledge of environmental laws, regulations procedures and programs
- Experience with all phases of project management including scoping, estimating, specification, scheduling, contracting and procurement, construction, commissioning and startup, budgeting, financial analyses and regulatory compliance
- Experience with and training related to: Design codes and standards Project management practices Communications skills/customer relations Industry standards and governmental codes, rules, and regulations Development of technical and safety training programs Regulatory inspection and material testing programs
- Experience developing information and making presentations to groups and individuals
- Experience with all phases of project management including scoping, estimating, specification, scheduling, contracting and procurement, construction, commissioning and startup, budgeting, financial analyses and regulatory compliance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to: apply math, algebraic formulas and statistical methods Ability to: lead, direct, supervise and train other employees.
