Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve creative workflows, delivery processes, and operational frameworks that evolve alongside client needs and business goals.
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and campaign calendars, proactively identifying risks, solving roadblocks, and keeping work moving from kickoff to completion. Optimize Through AI
- Manage resource planning, staffing, and team capacity to ensure projects are appropriately supported while maintaining a sustainable workload across the engagement. Empower the Team
- Mentor and support junior project managers while fostering strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and client teams to deliver exceptional work together.
Requirements
- You'll partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams, leverage AI and modern workflows to increase efficiency, and create the structure that allows great creative work to thrive.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve briefing, project tracking, communication, and creative operations while continuously exploring new ways to work smarter.
- experience within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similarly fast-paced environment. Proven
- experience with the confidence to lead delivery conversations, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and staffing across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or similar project management and collaboration platforms). Demonstrated
- experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency, project workflows, and team productivity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. SOME OF OUR PERKS

- Salary Range: $65,000-$72,500

- We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the operational engine behind one of our key client engagements.
- This role goes beyond keeping projects on track, you'll build, optimize, and evolve the systems that power creative delivery from kickoff through launch.
- Serve as the primary operational partner for your client, leading delivery conversations, status meetings, and workflow discussions with clarity, professionalism, and proactive communication.
- Translate changing client priorities, campaign needs, and feedback into actionable project plans, updated workflows, and aligned internal teams without losing momentum.
