Requirements Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of Saronic’s Mission Training portfolio across a growing range of autonomous surface vessels—from small USVs to medium and large platforms.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field - 5+ years of
experience in product management, training systems, or operational program leadership - Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize in fast-paced, mission-driven environments -
Experience translating complex technical systems into effective operator workflows or training solutions - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including
Experience in defense, maritime, autonomy, or other high-consequence operational environments - Familiarity with operator qualification pipelines, certification frameworks, or mission readiness standards -
Experience with training systems, simulation environments, or instructional design - Understanding of vessel operations, navigation, and maritime safety Role
