Responsibilities
- Manage and assist operators with plant equipment and processes to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
- Oversee and assist with equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage shift schedules and coordinate manpower coverage with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors.
- Train new employees on safety, environmental policies, operational processes, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conditions of Employment: Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
