Responsibilities
- Support & Communication Priority Management — Clients reach a knowledgeable, responsive team.
Requirements

- This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and support strategic retention initiatives.
- Outreach happens consistently (daily/monthly cadences), inquiries are resolved promptly, and all activity is accurately captured in Salesforce, so the team has a reliable picture of every relationship.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, account management or related role. Knowledge working with and in Salesforce
- Computer Skills: Strong Computer skills required; Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce Other
- Requirements : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
