Summer Manufacturing Associate (Temporary) - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
Identify problems; communicate issues to WC Leads and Supervisors.
Support a respectful workplace.
Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.

Must have a desire to learn skills on the job in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Have a strong sense of accountability – and an equally strong sense of teamwork.
Ability to meet physical requirements, perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods.
Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations.
Have a basic understanding of Window and Door manufacturing

This is a temporary position designed for students who are home for the summer months.
Expected start dates are between mid-May and early June.
