Responsibilities
- Manage team(s) that will deliver high quality, innovative software solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders such as architects, developers, product managers, CSEs and prod support people.
- Support the team by providing direction, clarity and removing obstacles.

Requirements
- experience in software development or related role or Master’s degree + 2 years’
- experience in software development management, engineering leadership, or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in networking, security, or distributed systems Strong ownership mindset—comfortable driving issues independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Multi-platform OS
- experience (Windows, macOS, Linux) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby) On-Camera Policy To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.

- The base salary range for this job family is 118,700 to 280,000 USD annually.
- This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure.
- Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
- In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
