Responsibilities

Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes. Requirements 2-6 years

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
Base Salary $80,000 — $125,000 USD U.S.
