Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong senior leadership and operating teams.
- Identify gaps and recruit key talent across sales, marketing, customer care, product, and engineering.
- Foster a high‑performance culture where teams are engaged, accountable, and aligned to a shared mission and strategic priorities.
- Own long‑range, annual, and quarterly financial and operational goals; hold leaders accountable for results.
- Establish and rigorously manage the key metrics that drive business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational health.
- Maintain hands‑on oversight of day‑to‑day operations, including sales execution, pipeline and forecasting, product and R&D capacity, customer success, and delivery.
- Lead the development of leaders and teams, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define clear sales goals, processes, and metrics to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
- Build the marketing function, including hiring, defining scope, and launching programs that generate qualified pipeline.
- Optimize CRM and sales enablement tools to manage the full prospect‑to‑customer lifecycle.
- Maintain strong competitive and market intelligence to inform sales and product strategy.
- Rebuild AIT’s brand and positioning across core verticals, including defense & aerospace, semiconductor, and contract electronics manufacturing.
- Ensure an effective long-term customer success program is in place to drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Define, track, and act on customer care metrics including satisfaction scores, ticket throughput, resolution time, and program usage.
- Ensure strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, and QA around clearly prioritized roadmaps.
- Support and evolve key technology partnerships critical to the product portfolio.
- Ensure R&D and QA capacity is well managed, minimizing disruption from unplanned or reactive work.
- Champion information security as a core business and operational expectation.
- Ensure PS leaders effectively manage capacity and project delivery to meet customer commitments.
- Establish tools and reporting to optimize utilization, reduce white space, and support high‑quality execution and growth.
- Own all financial reporting to senior leadership, including monthly results, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans.
