Requirements
- experience across all touchpoints Drives consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in recruiting processes globally
- experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and thoughtful process management Leverage sourcing tools, technology, and creative strategies to identify and engage top talent Maintain compliance with all recruiting processes, policies, and ATS
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field 5+ years of
- experience in recruiting or a related talent acquisition role (internship experience considered)
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and building candidate pipelines Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred
- experience using Workday Recruiting
- Experience supporting multiple functions or regions in a fast-paced environment Ability to interpret and present recruiting data and market insights to influence decisions Exposure to process improvement or recruiting transformation initiatives Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
