Requirements

- Experience Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or any other relevant technical field. Minimum of 7-8 years of professional
- experience in technical roles across digital health, healthcare IT, system integration and technology implementation. Prior
- experience working with state/district government departments or health IT projects, particularly ABDM or similar initiatives is highly desirable. Hands on
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for technical reporting.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Working knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.

- About the Project PATH is supporting the Government of Andhra Pradesh as a technical assistance partner to advance Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM)-enabled digital health adoption across the state.
- As part of this initiative, the Program Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the technical components of ABDM.
- This includes supporting the ABDM-enablement of digital health solutions, guiding healthcare facilities and technology partners through technical onboarding, ensuring compliance with data exchange standards, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- The Program Officer will work closely with the state health department, IT vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and operationalization of key ABDM modules.
