What you'll build Day to day, you'll work on: - new product experiences across the hiring workflow - systems that turn conversational signal into structured actions and insights - AI-assisted features that need to feel useful, transparent, and well-integrated into the product - improvements to quality, speed, and reliability across both user-facing and agent-facing parts of the product - product problems that cut across engineering, design, product, and go-to-market context What you'll own In your first
experience with: - shipping products, workflow software, or AI-enabled products - systems where frontend and backend decisions meaningfully shape each other - building products used in consequential or trust-sensitive moments - startup or scale-up environments where iteration speed and ownership are both high What you want to know - A small, sharp, in-person team in San Francisco.
