Responsibilities

Conduct thorough and professional pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards.
Maintain accurate training records, track instructional qualifications, and recommend remedial training when required.
Deliver simulator and classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications.

Job Description The Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering high‑quality flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with applicable regulatory agency requirements, CAE‑approved curricula, and customer standards.
After approximately 1.5 years , and based on business needs, designated instructors are expected to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman. Key
qualifications to obtain, an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating .
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other internet‑based applications.
Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program .
Ability to sit in a confined space for 4–6 hours at a time with limited breaks.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours ) with limited breaks.
Ability to sit, stoop, climb, twist, and turn as required for simulator instruction. Preferred
Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction to a diverse, global customer base.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records in compliance with CAE and FAA requirements.
