The opportunity: We are looking for a Clinical and Skills Lab Instructor to teach our in-person, 10-week Surgical Technology program in Jacksonville, Florida area, with opportunities to teach future cohorts in various locations around the US. Stepful’s programs are designed to support students at every step of the way, from getting certified by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) to finding high-quality healthcare jobs.
experience working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting - Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist or NCCT TS-C certification -
Experience with digital tools for teaching and reading lesson plans -

experience teaching surgical technology, including course delivery, assessment, and student support - 3+ years of
