Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.) to find qualified 1099 talent.
- Guide 1099 contractors through the hiring process, from offer to contract execution, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain regular communication with 1099 talent, ensuring they’re satisfied with their assignments and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure that 1099 contractors understand and comply with all tax, legal, and compliance
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their staffing needs for independent contractors.
Requirements
- Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree (Desired) Minimum of 2 years of High-Volume Recruiting Previous Contractor (1099) Recruiting
- experience Previous recruiting through third party agencies
- experience preferred Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English Exceptional customer service, telephone manner, and multitasking skills are a must Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail are essential
- Experience in a call center environment preferred Proficient in MS Office products: Word, Power Point, Excel Proficient in Workday Recruiting Strong
