- experience from places like Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, DataRobot, LSEG, Vialto Partners, Envoy Global, and in-house legal teams at major global companies.
- Our founding team brings deep technical and product leadership experience, including building and shipping AI products used at enterprise scale.
- experience with the workflows, risk models, and service gaps that legacy incumbents have accepted for too long.
- Most players in this space have one side of the equation: legal knowledge without product depth, or software ambition without the operational and legal judgment required to win trust. Casium has both.

- This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves opening doors, generating momentum, qualifying real opportunities, and helping shape an early go-to-market motion in a category where the pain is urgent and the stakes are high.
- Experience selling into or working with growth-stage or mid-market companies, especially in environments where buying processes are still relatively lean and founder-influenced - Strong qualification and discovery skills with the ability to uncover pain, create urgency, and move buyers toward action - High agency and builder energy.
- You can manage moving pieces without losing momentum - Comfort working closely with founders and helping shape the motion as you go - A scrappy, high-slope mindset.
- Experience in high-trust categories such as legal, fintech, healthcare, or HR tech - Worked in a product plus services motion - Been an early GTM or growth hire before and helped build from zero to one -
