Senior Marketing Designer (Part time, contract)

Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Support - Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to design compelling visual narratives for product launches, feature announcements, and sales enablement materials. - Create visually engaging pitch decks, client presentations, and RFP response materials. - Design assets for webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership content.
  • Event & Conference Design - Produce event-specific creative including booth graphics, signage, banners, swag concepts, and conference materials for trade shows and Bankjoy's annual client conference (Elevate). - Ensure all event materials are on-brand and delivered on time.
  • Digital & Social - Design social media graphics, LinkedIn content, and digital advertising assets. - Support website visual updates and landing page design in collaboration with the marketing team. REQUIRED

Requirements

  • Bankjoy provides modern digital banking products including mobile banking, online banking, online account opening, loan origination, and conversational AI.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with deep fintech or B2B SaaS design experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. KEY
  • QUALIFICATIONS Must Have - 6+ years of marketing design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services. - Strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital, and print design. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). -
  • Experience working directly with marketing and product marketing teams in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently without heavy oversight. - Strong communication skills — comfortable giving and receiving feedback and proactively flagging blockers. Nice to Have -
  • Experience designing for credit union, community banking, or broader financial services brands. - Motion graphics or video editing capabilities. -
  • Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms. - Familiarity with designing for trade show and conference environments.

  • The Role We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to own the visual execution of Bankjoy's brand across marketing channels.
  • This is a part-time contractor engagement of approximately 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to scale during high-demand periods such as product launches, trade shows, and our annual client conference.
  • You will work closely with our Senior Product Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets that bring our brand and product story to life.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Marketing Design - Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print channels including presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, social media assets, digital ads, and landing page visuals. - Maintain and evolve Bankjoy's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. - Develop and maintain a library of reusable design templates that empower the broader team to produce on-brand content independently.
  • WHAT TO EXPECT - Approximately 20 hours per week on average, with flexibility to scale during product launches, major campaigns, and event seasons. - Fully remote engagement with occasional collaboration calls during core hours (11am–4pm EST). - Close collaboration with the Senior Product Marketing Manager on priorities and creative direction.
